Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jll11 ("jll11," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of the jll11 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://jll11.net, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the jll11 registration process, by using the jll11 Login to access your account, or by otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) you agree to comply with these Terms; and (d) you meet all eligibility requirements described in Section 2 below.

These Terms are effective as of the date you first access or register on the jll11 Platform, whichever is earlier, and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use the jll11 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines as guided by PAGCOR. Registering a jll11 account as an underage individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Residency / Access: The jll11 Platform is intended for use by players accessing the service from the Philippines. • Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active jll11 account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether requested voluntarily through jll11 or imposed by a relevant regulatory authority.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and features on the jll11 Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create a jll11 account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jll11 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jll11 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach.

jll11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your jll11 Login credentials. • You must provide a valid and active email address that you control.
• Your account name must match the name on your government-issued identification documents (KYC verification).
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your jll11 account to any third party under any circumstances.
• jll11 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jll11 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). jll11 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at jll11's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on jll11:

• Funding Sources: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension.
• Minimum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified within the jll11 account cashier section and are subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawal Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, jll11 may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Anti-Money Laundering: jll11 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Any transaction that jll11 reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be flagged, suspended, and reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.
• Dormant Accounts: jll11 reserves the right to apply a dormancy fee to accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

Bonuses & Promotions

jll11 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• jll11 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if jll11 determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in a manner contrary to these Terms or the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified within each individual promotion's terms.
• jll11 may withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to completing obligations for players who have already opted in under the original terms.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any form of exploitation — will have their accounts suspended and any associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

Permitted Use & Conduct

You agree to use the jll11 Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that in using jll11 you will at all times:

• Comply with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all interactions with jll11, including during registration, KYC, and support communications.
• Use the Platform in good faith and refrain from any action intended to disrupt, defraud, or harm jll11 or other players.
• Accept the results of certified RNG (Random Number Generator) games as final and binding, subject to jll11's formal dispute resolution process.
• Treat jll11 customer support staff with respect and courtesy at all times.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jll11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud jll11 or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games and tournaments.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one jll11 account per individual for any purpose, including bonus harvesting.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money Laundering: Using the jll11 Platform as a vehicle to launder proceeds of illegal activity. jll11 is legally required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Underage Play: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jll11 Platform — including but not limited to the jll11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of jll11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or use any jll11 brand assets for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jll11.

Responsible Gaming

jll11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended account inactivity as described in the dormancy policy (Section 4).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for any other reason, jll11 will process a withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance to the player's verified payment method after completing any necessary verification checks.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jll11 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jll11 Platform.

jll11 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jll11 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Platform.

In no event shall jll11's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your jll11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

jll11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jll11 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jll11 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting jll11 customer support at [email protected]. jll11 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments to Terms

jll11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jll11 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the jll11 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
